The Account Executive acts as the liaison between the Agency and the community regarding the community and customer needs. Will develop and promote home health programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial and equipment resources.

Essential Functions:

• Promotes Company mission, vision and values at all times.
• Maintain and establish public relations and positive relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and the community to ensure open lines of communication to facilitate and improve care.
• Create referral sources in the field for private pay patients.
• Nurture and grow the overall census in your office.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the staff of the Agency to ensure the needs of the community and health care staff are met.
• Comply with all aspects of the Company’s Compliance Program, HIPAA regulations and all local, state and federal laws pertaining to marketing of the Agency.
• Provide effective communication to clients, their families, team members, and other health care professionals.
• Demonstrate commitment and professional growth by participating in in-service programs and maintaining/improving competency.
• Meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the Agency/licensing board.

Experience:

• Preferred, one year marketing experience in home health.

Skills:

• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public.
